01.What are the insulation specs?

R value of 75mm EPS sandwich panels is 12.

02.Do these units come with appliances?

Appliances and furniture are not included. If you need, we can also supply. But we suggest you buy it locally.

03.Do you DELIVER & INSTALL the tiny homes?

We can deliver the houses to your port or your land, You need an installation team to deal with it. It is an easy and quick installation. We will send you the guidance of installation.

04.Do l need a permit for this structure?

Yes. You can learn it locally.

05.What is your current production capacity?

The production workshop covers an area of 26,000 square meters and has 3 production lines. There are 100 sets per month, which is about 2,000 sets annually.

06.Do you offer any customisation?

Yes, we always support customer customization, but usually the waiting period is longer, about 6-7 weeks..

01.Do you manufacture modular decks to connect to the house?

Yes.

02.What grade steel is used for your structural framing?

Our commonly used frame material grades are Q235A and Q235B.

03.Are all your taps and plumbing equipment marked with the WaterMark symbol/stamp?

Yes.

04.Is the plumbing internal of the floors and walls or external (underneath the house)?

We have both of the two you mentioned. Generally, the water inlet pipe is hidden in the wall, and the drainage pipe. If it is a premium bathroom, the drainage pipe is under the house. If it is a standard bathroom, the drain outlet is on the outer wall of the house.

05.Please confirm the Fire Rating Level of your panels?

Please refer to the attachment file named "Wall Panel AS 1530.3 Test delivery note and report_Tianyu Guangbo".

06.Do your glass windows and glass doors comply with Australian Standards?

Our glass windows and glass doors comply with Australian Standards AS 2047-2014/AS 4666.

01.Are all your glass panels double-glazed or single panel?

All our glass panels is double-glazed.

02.Do you also have homes that have a higher ceiling option?

There are 3 choices: 2.26m, 2.4m, 2.63m.

03.When those new windows are closed, are they airtight?

Yes. I can show you with a video.

04.What's the rating for colder weather like snow and temp.

05.Can you supply Double-Pole RCBO and Double-Pole PowerPoints?

Yes, We can.

06.What finishing process is used after welding?

After welding, first we will weld the galvanized steel pipe, and then we will polish the weld. After polishing it smooth, we will prime , and then paint ,at last powder coat.
