We designed this 30FT Expandable Container House to meet the expectations of Australian residential standards while delivering exceptional thermal performance, comfort, and modern design. One unit folds neatly to fit inside a 40FT High Cube container, then expands on site into a fully habitable, high-spec living space with a minimum 2.4m internal height.

The exterior features a dark grey steel frame with light grey walls, creating a clean, contemporary look suitable for residential, holiday, or project-based use.

We upgrade all walls and ceilings using 75mm PU sandwich panels, delivering excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
Under the floor, we spray PU insulation beneath fiber cement boards, ensuring year-round comfort from the ground up.

To achieve a smooth, continuous interior surface, we treat and cover all construction joints, eliminating cold gaps and improving long-term durability.

Dual Roof System for Superior Protection

Beyond the flat roof, we install an additional A-shape insulated roof over the entire house and balcony.
This secondary roof uses 50mm PU metal sandwich panels (no EPS) and extends 200–300mm beyond the walls, forming protective eaves that enhance weather resistance, thermal performance, and visual appeal.

Warm Floors, Cool Summers

Graphene electric underfloor heating, divided into three independently controlled zones:
bathroom, bedroom, and living area

Two air-conditioning units included:
